Take the Golden Gate Bridge north on US-101. Exit at Tiburon Blvd/E. Blithedale Ave. Continue east on Tiburon Blvd for approximately 5 miles into the town of Tiburon. Approximately 25–35 minutes from downtown San Francisco, depending on bridge traffic.
The most scenic option — take the Golden Gate Ferry from the San Francisco Ferry Building to Tiburon. A 20-minute crossing with views of the bridge, Alcatraz, and the Marin headlands. Villa Maris offers complimentary shuttle pickup from the Tiburon Ferry terminal.
Take US-101 North from SFO. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge and exit at Tiburon Blvd. Approximately 45–60 minutes from SFO, depending on traffic. From OAK/SJC, cross the Bay Bridge to US-101 North — allow 60–75 minutes. Private car service available on request.

Yes — every stay at Villa Maris includes a full gourmet breakfast prepared fresh by our estate chef, Chef Rafael Orosco. Breakfast is served from 8–10am in the main dining room or on your private balcony or patio by request. It is not a continental buffet — it is a proper seasonal, farm-to-table morning meal.
Yes — Villa Maris offers exclusive-use bookings for the full estate. This is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding parties, and multi-generational gatherings. Villa Maris welcomes intimate weddings of up to 30 guests on the estate grounds. Our panoramic deck, rose gardens, and bay views create an extraordinary setting for ceremonies and celebrations. Yes — select suites at Villa Maris are pet-friendly. We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. There is a $75/stay pet fee, and we ask that dogs not be left unattended in suites. Please note your pet at time of booking so we can assign an appropriate suite and prepare accordingly.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings. In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly — we handle each situation with care.
Yes — Villa Maris has private estate parking for all guests at no additional charge. EV charging is available. We also offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the Tiburon Ferry terminal for guests arriving or departing by ferry from San Francisco.
